Making an Appointment

Call us at 089 999 1112, or +81 89 999 1112
(8:30-17:00, Japan time, Monday to Friday, except national holidays and the New Year period, available only in Japanese.)

For Patients with an Appointment

  1. We prioritize the patients with an appointment in order to reduce the waiting time. Nevertheless you occasionally manage to wait long and we are sorry for that.
  2. To make the appointment without delay, we avoid overbooking appointments.
  3. Your appointment may be delayed when the doctor deals with an emergency or a complicated issue.
  4. An appointment slot is 30 minutes. Patients are usually allocated ten minutes for their appointment. For instance, the appointment of 10:00am means your doctor will see you between 10:00am and 10:30am.

* notice

In some departments patients need to wait longer due to overbooking. We apologize for inconvenience.

For Patients without an Appointment

  1. Patients without an appointment will be called between or after the patients with an appointment.
  2. You may be asked to wait for a long time depending on how crowded it is. When you don't feel well, please don't hesitate to inform a nurse or a clerk.
  3. As for medicines or injections, ask at the sign-in desk.
  4. We try to avoid overbooking appointments.
  5. Your appointment might be delayed in emergency. We are sorry for that.

For Walk-in Patients

  1. Walk-in patients might be kept waiting for a long time before you see a doctor. That is because your turn comes after seeing the patients with an appointment.
  2. Ask a clerk at the department how long you need to wait. When you don't feel well, don't hesitate to inform a nurse or a clerk.
  3. Hand in any referral letter from your family doctor or a medical checkup report at the sign-in desk.
  4. The referral letter from your family doctor will allow you to make an appointment in advance. Ask the doctor about it.
  5. Walk-in patients without a referral letter need to pay an extra fee.

About an Appointment

  1. You usually make an appointment when seeing a doctor. In addition, you can arrange or change the appointment at reservation desk.
  2. Schedule your appointment to allow enough time to see your doctor.
  3. The number of the patients a doctor can see is limited, and reservation desk can only make an appointment within the limitation. In case of emergency, please consult your doctor.
  4. In order to keep on time, we try to avoid overbooking appointments. Thank you for your understandings and cooperation.
